What Kybella costs: what clinic websites state

What clinics say kybella costs on their own websites, from 15 sites read in October 2026, and what changes the total. Not an average of what people paid.

Updated 22 Oct 2026

This page shows what clinics say a kybella costs on their own websites, and what can change the price. It is not a quote, it is not an average of what people paid, and it does not name any clinic. For what the treatment is, see our page on Kybella.

What clinic websites state

These are prices clinics publish on their own websites. We read them on 22 October 2026. Each website counts once, so a clinic with many figures on one site is not counted many times. They are what clinics advertise to the public. They are not what people actually paid, and they are not an average.

For the United States, the median figure is $650 per vial. The middle half of the sites state between $600 and $946. The lowest figure found is $400 and the highest is $1,200. The sample is 15 websites.

Arizona

We do not show an Arizona range for Kybella. The sample in Arizona was only 3 websites, below the minimum of 5 we require, so the figure would not be reliable. The national range above is the only one we publish.

What changes the total

Kybella is given in treatments, not once. The Patient Information says injections may be given at least one month apart, and that you and your provider decide how many treatments you need. In the label's clinical trials people received up to six treatments, and 59% of them received all six. So the total depends on how many vials per treatment, how many treatments, and what the clinic charges per vial, not on the price per vial alone. We have not found a source that says how many vials a typical treatment uses, and we do not give one.

A note on the figures

Many of the pages we read for Kybella were blog posts giving a typical range for a city, not a clinic's own price list. The national figure is therefore a thinner guide to individual clinics' prices than the sample size suggests.

What the figures are not

They are not a quote. Many clinic pages give a typical range for their city rather than their own price list. Some pages sit behind booking tools or show prices in images, and we could not read those. We read the pages by rule and spot-checked a sample, not every page by eye. The pages carry no consistent date, so we say only that we read them in October 2026. The national sample comes from clinics across the country, and leans toward large cities. We left out sites that are not clinics, such as review, news, forum and marketplace sites.

Reading a quote

Ask whether the price is per vial or per treatment, how many vials and treatments are expected, and what the total might be. The label says it is not approved for fat outside the area under the chin. See Kybella for what the label says.
